Refund Eligibility and Process
At JPMedilife, we have a 30-day return policy on certain items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at jpmedilife@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to the following address: JPMedilife, Dhakran Crossing, MG Road, Agra. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as large and expensive items (wheelchairs, CPap/BiPap machines). Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you about the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Cancellation Procedures
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at jpmedilife@gmail.com with your order details.
Cancellation Fees and Requirements
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order will not incur any fees.
- For cancellations made after 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value will be applied, as this may involve restocking or administrative costs.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the customer may choose to return the item as per our return policy.
Timeframe for Cancellation
- Orders must be cancelled before the shipping process begins. Typically, shipping occurs within 48 hours of order placement.
- If the order is already in transit, it will be considered as a return, and our standard return policy will apply.
