    • Cost: Free for orders over INR 5000. For orders below this value, a nominal fee of INR 150 is charged for items less than 1kgs. Dynamic rates apply for items above 1kg of weight.
    • Delivery Areas: Pan India, excluding remote areas not serviced by our logistics partners.

  2. Express Shipping: For urgent needs, we offer express shipping.

    • Cost: A flat rate of INR 300, for items less than 1kg. Dynamic rates apply for items above 1kg of weight.
    • Availability: Only available in select metro cities.

  3. Special Handling: Certain products like heavy-duty wheelchairs or large equipment require special handling.

    • Cost: Calculated based on product size and delivery location. Customers will be informed of the costs before finalizing their orders.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days.
  • Special Handling Items: Delivery can take up to 10-12 business days.

  • Public holidays and weekends.
  • Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical delays.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details.

Instructions for Receiving Deliveries

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.
  • In case of any discrepancies in the delivered items, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
  • For buildings without lift access, delivery for heavy items will be made to the ground floor.

International Shipping Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped and delivered within India only.
